Special Training: Zando is said to know some of his fathers style of ninjustsu, but this claim is likely propaganda. He is known to have studied Judo and Aikido.

Family: Father, Lord Tokamoto (1909-1986), mother Zenshu Homei (1915-1951). Half brother, Arthur Hoshina (1933-1973), half sister Elise Yamahoda (1937-      ) Possible other part siblings. Wife, Hoi Swan (1947-1998) married, 1968. Sons, Zando Yokomoto Jr. (1969-        ) and Matt Yokomoto (1983-         ).

Summary: Zando Yokomoto was the second known son of Lord Tokamoto. He, like all of Tokamoto's children, were born and raised illegitimate. His mother was a alcoholic and left Zando to be raised by his maternal aunt Geisu (1912-1999). He never knew is father while growing up, first meeting him in 1949. Over Zando's life he only met his father no more then twenty times, the last being in 1984. Zando spent much of his life as a fish farmer and ran a fish hatchery until he retired in 1998 when his wife was gravely ill with lung cancer. Being since December 1973 the only living male heir to the CM former monarchies throne, royalist pressured him to seek a political career after his retirement. In 2002, Lord Hamuru placed Zando as a Commander of this Comet division. He remained in the shadows during the Hamuru years but in 2005 a leadership crisis occurred and many of his supporters pushed him to take over when the CLG became tyrannical. He helped lead the revolt that overthrew them in September 2005 and placed Lord Kususgi in power. A few months later Kusugi resigned in favor of Lord Yatoshi but Yatoshi lost most of the support of his staff. Zando, with help from Yamada and his allies, toppled Yatoshi in late December.
