Family: Father, Zando Sr., brother Matt. Mother deceased. Has a son, Zando III (1998-      ) from a brief marriage.

Summary: Zando Jr. is the eldest son of Zando Yokomoto Sr. and his wife Hoi Swan. On his birth, he was the grandson of the Lord Tokamoto, but Tokamoto refused to consider the "Zando" clan as his heirs, or that of any other of his offspring. Zando Jr. only met his grandfather three times. He spent most of his youth helping with his father's fish farming business, taking it over in 1998 when his father retired.

In 2002, he was given an officers rank within the CM army by Lord Hamuru. He soon handed the family business over to friends and helped build his father's role within the empire. Many CM royalist soon joined Zando Jr. in making his father a credible leader, hoping to restore the monarchy. In late 2005, Zando Sr. was installed as Lord in a bloodless coup. Zando Jr. was soon called in as an advisor and commander of several army divisions. He firmly asserts the CM nation's interest and want to annex the Union Republic, defeat the Demon Ninja clan, and to regain the satellite government the CM once had within the Kogasuma.
