Family: Parents divorced. Little is known.

Summary: Yakenzo was a superb student of a ninja teacher from the southern CM provinces. He entered and later won a tournament to be Yamada's assistant. After winning the tournament, Yamada belittled him and used him as a servant. Later he was left within the burning forest at the Battle of the Black Demon Woods. Having escaped the fires, he seeked revenge on many CM fighters. He was asked to join the Shockers by Diablo Batista and Blaze. After the Shockers II clan disolved, Yakenzo was persuaded back into Yamada's clan and was later named a chief commando in his clan. Yamada and Yakenzo have become close friends.
