Way of dress: Togimaru’s armour is a stylistic representation of a peathingy and symbolizes the handsome figure that he once was. He designed it to torment himself and never let him forget just who he once was. He wears it always, hiding his face in shame from the world.
Emotional characteristics: Togimaru is tortured, pure and simple. He has never had an easy life, and the only thing that was in his favour proved to be his remarkable good looks and when they too were taken from him it plunged him further into despair.

Special Training: Togimaru is trained in many different hand weapons and is an accomplished historian and tactician.

Family: Togimaru is torn between love and hate for his brother. He dearly loves him, but cannot forgive him for the fire which robbed him of his looks…even though deep down he knows it is his fault. Togimaru has become more and more curious about the family who sent him off as a hostage more than 20 years ago and would dearly like to meet them. Finally there is a rumour that the youngest of Kiya’s children was fathered by Togimaru out of an act of pity on the behalf of the Spymistress.

Method of speech: Togimaru’s vocal chords are burned and his voice is very soft to and scratchy. He speaks with his brother in a form of code that is understood by no-one else.

Summary: Togimaru’s life is one of consistent torment and he is rarely if ever happy. He is loyal to his brother and to the Crimson Eye but grows more and more curious about his own past. He shys away from the women that would once be attracted to him although he does share a friendship with Kiya…and possibly even more.
