Vengeance at Castle Olni II

JC Fox awakens and finds her sister Melinda staring into the forest outside of their cabin home. JC walks up to her sister and says shyly, "What's wrong Mellie? I heard you moving about the cabin all night, couldn't sleep? Is it Val?" Melinda looks over and sees JC looking at her with concern in her eyes. Melinda says, "Don't worry Janie. You are correct, I've had Val on my mind. She really thinks I set her up for this mission. She didn't talk to me on our way home that night and left early before we could say goodbye." JC interrupts, "Nonsense! Don't think like that Mellie Mellie, don't! You know how Val gets. You two are so much alike in that respect.....two peas in a pot." Melinda looks at JC with a questioning expression and says, "What are saying?" JC laughs a bit and says, "She knows you didn't set her up. I know that. You two brood about that kinda stuff too much. " Melinda turns to the forest and looks as the dew of the morning covers the ferns and says, "I have to go and make sure she is alright. I can't rest without knowing if my beloved sister is okay." JC grabs Melinda and says, "If you go, I'm going.....Don't leave me here Mellie Mellie!" Melinda turns and places her hand on JC's shoulder and says, "JC, please do as I ask. It would mean a lot to me if you do this. Stay here." JC cries, "Whaaaa??" Melinda continues, "It will be very dangerous and Val has a days start already on me." JC cries with emotion, "No, no Mellie, I just can't. What if something bad happens. I can't leave you." Melinda replies, "If Val and I parish at Castle Olni, Val and I would want our dieing thoughts to be that you were still alive and well. Please Jane." JC's eyes fill with tears and says, "You know I'd do anything you ask. Anything." JC falls to her knees and says, "Oh please...please be so ever careful and rush home. When you find Val, bring her home at once." Melinda kneels and hugs JC and says, "Indeed I shall."

At Castle Olni, as Black Dragon Jamesu enters the ground room as the man known as "The Sun" walks down to engage in battle, Jamesu shouts out, "You will feel the wrath of a dragon. A dragon that will breath it's fire onto you Sun and extinguish your demented mind." The Sun laughs and says, "You know so little dragon ninja." The Sun leaps onto Jamesu and knocks his sword to the ground. They grab each others hands and try to overpower the other. The Sun laughs and says, "You do not have the strength that the Sun has. I will burn your soul little man."

Jamesu struggles as the Sun tries to move him near a deep, burning pit in the center of the room that has become exposed by the Sun. As the Sun nearly has Jamesu on his knees, Jamesu flips the Sun onto the ground and they wrestle for control of the swords. Jamesu is able to kick one of the Sun's swords into the fiery pit. The Sun soon stands and yells, "I do not need weapons to destroy you. You are weak and I will feed my flames with your carcass." The Sun tosses a series of explosive fire bombs toward Jamesu, one hitting him and knocking him to the ground, the Sun then charges him. Jamesu is able to roundhouse kick the Sun in the face and pounds on him as he tries to stand. He moves the Sun toward the open fire and the Sun's cloths catch fire. The Sun roars with anger and shoves Jamesu away. As Jamesu tries to turn he is slashed with the Sun's remaining sword. Jamesu's right arm is slashed, parts of his skin are sheered off with the sword. Jamesu writhes in pain as open nerves bleed and cause incredible pain.

Yamashidi blocks the quick blows but is slashed several times across his chest and thigh. Eratic bellows, "You are no match for me." Yamashidi quickly pulls out his sword and a staff/sword fight is underway. Yamashidi becomes increasingly aggressive as the fight continues. Eratic places a blue powder into his palm and attempts to throw it into Yamashidi's face, but Yamashidi is able to kick Eratic's hand the powder briefly blinds Eratic. Yamashidi grabs a cable and ties it around Eratic's neck and tosses him into an open utility shaft. Eratic furiously tries to relieve the pressure from his weight on his neck. Yamashidi watches and then slashes the cable, sending Eratic down the empty shaft.

The troops of Sing's soon find Valerie Fox in the lower level corridor, setting fires. The guards quickly attack her. Valerie, without a long bladed weapon, has to use her tanto against a group of twelve ninja sword wielding guards. She is soon able to out maneuver one of the guards and steels his ninja sword. She says, "I'm not here to fight all of you. Be forewarned, I've had a little practice with these swords. Leave if you value your lives."

The guards attack with fury and Valerie is able to cut many of them down with ease. Two troops leave as the fight continues and the fires blaze. They reach Sing and the Moon and one states, "We need more of your troops your Excellency. This woman has the strength and skill of many women. She must be an assassin or a spy." Sing looks to the Moon, the Moon nods. As this occurs, four troops enter and say, "The building is on fire and CM ninja Yamashidi is fighting guards on level five." Sing yells, "So Lord Zando has sent agents to kill me. Well he will soon see a war like no other. Guards, get Eratic and send him to me at once!"

Yamashidi soon finds himself in a fight with a large group of guards and Valerie's fight continues as more guards reach her corridor. Meanwhile, Black Dragon Jamesu has become crazed with anger in his fight with The Sun. Fire has engulfed much of the room and breathing is become difficult. Jamesu and the Sun continue to fight with their swords and try to force the other into the deep pit of flames. The Sun roars, "Nothing can survive the power of the sun. My flames will soon feast on your flesh little man." Jamesu savagely fights off the powerful blows of this towering man in red and yellow. The Sun throws another firebomb near Jamesu, throwing him to the ground. The Sun laughs, "See, you will soon die for my glory. Die to fuel my lust of power. Die, little man." As the Sun continue to rant, Jamesu quickly leaps to his feet and dropkicks the Sun. The Sun stumbles, but doesn't fall and he laughs. Jamesu quickly, delivers another dropkick and the Sun is send into the deep fiery pit. Jamesu hears him roar with anger as he falls beneath his sight. Several seconds later, he hears explosions from the bottom of the pit. Jamesu says, "You will never see the sun again you crazy demented monster." and soon looks for a way to exit the room.

As Jamesu rushes up the stairway, attacking fleeing troopers, he finds Yamashidi engaged in a fierce fight. Jamesu yells, "I am here brother!" Yamashidi turns and yells back, "Give me a hand with these clowns. There seems to be an endless supply of these guys." Jamesu jumps into the fray. Meanwhile, Valerie fights furiously as more troops engage her in battle. The Moon arrives and sees the smoky corridor with a tired Valerie. He says, "So another CM agent. Well you will soon burn to death here young lady. My agents will make sure you will not be able to exit this corridor. This place is your doom!" With that Valerie tries to attack him but several troops attack her and back her into the heavily smoky corridor. Valerie coughs as the smoke slowly suffocates and blinds her. The Moon laughs as she falls to her knees as the room gets more engulfed with smoke.

After twenty minutes, Yamashidi and Jamesu are able to reach the top level and see Sing Do Sho sitting on his throne. They enter as Sing looks up. Jamesu shouts, "Sing Do Sho, I'm Jamesu Kamihoto, the son of Tomasu Kamihoto. I'm here to avenge his murder you bastard!" Sing sits back in his throne and laughs. Two guards enter the room. Sing raises his hand and says, "No need to attack. They have already lost." Yamashidi shouts, "What? How have we lost?" Sing replies, "I see this wasn't just a mission sent by Lord Zando. I see the Dragon family has something to do with this." Jamesu sees his father's ring on Sing's finger and become crazed with anger. Sing continues, "Gen. Fuji has captured the Imperial Palace and Emperor Sanmoto has been dethroned. Fuji has been placed as head of state until he can order the law against my presence on the throne, resented. When that happens, I will return to the throne." Jamesu roars with emotion, "You liar! There is no way that happened!" Sing laughs and says, "You must have been very busy over the last three days, even the local publications are writing about it." Sing tosses a paper to Yamashidi and he reads it. He says, "I can't believe it, after all the months we waited." Jamesu looks and yells, "That doesn't change anything with my revenge." Sing says, "Oh really? If you kill me, Fuji will still be in power. Your family will be through, wanted as killers of an emperor. A national shame. You will never be safe in this country. Your siblings will loss their post and be jailed or even killed. Think hard Jamesu Kamihoto. If you surrender and become a slave, I will spare your brother and sister any hardship. Don't be like you father and die begging for mercy, crying like a school girl!"
