May Days II

Demon Keyoto issues Erisu confirmation orders regarding his plan to destroy the dam called Dam 6 at the Guillian Delta. This dam is a major power source in the region on the Commando Massacre/ Kogasuma border. Keyoto plans to destroy it and wipe out the villages in the valley. After the water recedes, Keyoto plans to march his clan's troops in. Erisu has been entrusted to head this mission and has brought Demon Estrada and Demon Devin along. Fire ninja Zanatogi has joined as a backup force if needed.

While on horseback, Erisu reads over a cable from Keyoto and he is angered that his father, General Hiroto, was injured on his journey to the CM. Erisu says with anger to Zanatogi, "Those CM bastards, they nearly killed my father and have humiliated my brother. I have to succeed at this mission or else our family will be shamed." Zanatogi replies, " I know this region very well, we should be on alert for Kogasuma army personnel, this area has a large fort to the east, about sixty miles." Erisu yells back to Estrada, "We should be near Dam 6 very shortly. We will have to camp out in the nearby forest until nightfall." The Demon scouts inform Erisu that the dam is unguarded and ready for the dynamite on his orders. Erisu orders the group to wait and ready the dynamite as they wait for nightfall.

Black Dragon Jamesu has been traveling in the Wong Valley, to visit his old workmates at a local blacksmiths shop. Jamesu had spent the summers of his teenage years working as a blacksmith and had become very well liked in the villages within this valley. Jamesu spends the nights at an cousins house and helps drum-up business for his friends as he buys equipment for the Kogasuma army. Jamesu walks through the village of Nagaria and remembers his youth and the joys he had in this village. That evening he is a guest of a local family he has known for fifteen years. Jamesu chats slyly with a girl he had loved in his youth and is saddened to find she is married. Jamesu thinks to himself about what his life could have been like if he had stayed in this village and married this girl. Jamesu becomes depressed but the family quickly boost his spirits with a game of poker, a game in which Jamesu is an expert. After several hands, Jamesu has quickly won several tales of gold.

At Dam 6, nightfall has came and the Demon and Fire Ninjas move into action. Erisu oversees the placement of dynamite on the dam as a slight rain comes down. Demon Estrada and Demon Devin help the Demon troops on this mission by placing the dynamite at strategic places on the dam. A wondering villager spots the Demon ninjas and runs back to the village of Nagaria. The villager informs the villages ragtag police force of these action but they express they don't have the manpower to challenge the Demons. The villager searches the village for help and yells, "They are about to destroy the dam. Demon ninjas are going to destroy our dam." Jamesu has been sleeping at his cousins house for several hours and is awakened by the yelling. He rushes out of the house and asks the crying villager, "What did you say, Demon Ninjas are about to destroy the dam?" The villager cries back, "Yes, yes, we have to get a force ready to take them on. If that dam is destroyed we will loose out village and many of our lives." Jamesu thinks quickly to himself and runs toward the dam.

As Black Dragon Jamesu arrives near the dam, he notices almost fifty Demon ninjas on various sections of the dam. He thinks to himself, " I have to find adequate help to run these guys off. If they succeed, those villages will be devastated." The only place Jamesu knows that would have amble troops to help would be Dark O Fu's eastern temple. He runs as fast as he can toward the village and to get a horse. He manages to get the village's sheriffs horse and makes his way, at top speed, toward Dark O Fu's temple.

An hour later Jamesu arrives. Minions of Dark O Fu stop him as he runs toward the temple. He yells, "I have to see Master Dark O Fu, Demon Ninjas are planning to destroy the dam at Nagaria. I need his help urgently." The minions quickly bring him into the temple and awaken Dark O Fu from his residence. Dark O Fu enters a large, empty courtyard and sees Black Dragon Jamesu on his knees, breathing heavily. Dark O Fu asks, " Black Dragon Jamesu is it? I heard you need my help, something about Demon Ninjas near Nagaria." Jamesu cries back, "Yes, I'm sorry to inconvenience you at this hour but they (the Demons) are about to destroy that dam. They may be planning an invasion. I need your help, I have to save that village." Dark O Fu says, "Keyoto is really crazy if he wants to cause trouble on my 'turf'. We will all go out and confront these Demons." Dark O Fu orders a group of his minions to ride to the dam at once as Jamesu follows. As they ride toward the dam, Dark O Fu asks Jamesu, " I admire you dedication toward those villagers. This area is a region that I spent many of my early years and I knew I wasn't the person you would has come to if this wasn't so urgent." Jamesu relies, "That may be true to a point. You see, the Royal Kogasuma treat me as a 'black sheep' because I'm not fully of royal blood. Rex Peterson has trained my younger half-brother Juno, Royal Dragon, and he now gets the glory of royalty. Don't get me wrong, I love my brother, but I am considered an outsider to them." Dark O Fu says, "Well that makes at least two of us. The only reason the emperor keeps me under his thumb is because I can deliver on things that Rex Peterson or Gen. Fuji can not. The Emperor is reluctant to have me but he needs me. We are similar to a point, I may have just less scruples than most though." Soon Dark O Fu, his men, and Jamesu arrive and spot the Demon ninjas.

As they arrive, Dark O Fu orders several minions to confront the Demons. Two confront Erisu and Estrada on top of the dam. A minion says, "Leave at once or you shall all be killed. Our forces is nearby and are now watching you. You have no business within the Kogasuma." Erisu say, "You better leave this dam or else you'll die. I have orders and if you get in our way, you will destroyed." The minions laugh and attack Erisu and Estrada. A swordfight erupts and more Demons and minions jump in. Zanatogi, who is watching close by, orders his Fire ninjas to aid Erisu. Fifty Fire ninjas attack the minions. Dark O Fu urges an eager Jamesu not to attack yet as they watch the battle unfold from a tree top location nearby.

Erisu and Estrada cut minions down one by one and toss them over the dam's walls. Demon Devin joins in and surprises Erisu with her ruthless killing styles. Erisu notices fire arrows hitting the minions as he fights and knows Zanatogi is nearby. Dark O Fu says to Jamesu, "That trader Zanatogi is here. It would be a great prize to the Emperor to have his head." Jamesu say with urgency, "We have to attack. Your minions can't stand much more." Dark O Fu says, "Soon, soon." Erisu spots a group of minions cutting the fuses for the dynamite lines, he attacks them. One minion manages to cut Erisu and knocks him off the embankment on the dam's west end. Estrada runs to Erisu's aid. Devin continues to quickly cut down the minions as Zanatogi arrives to cover her back.

Erisu returns to the dam and orders his troops to start the detonations, even though the dynamite is not all set. Erisu screams, "Take the dam down. Start the demolition. We have to do it now!" As Dark O Fu hears this, he orders a backup group of minions to fire on the Demon locations from the trees. Dark O Fu and Jamesu jump from the trees and run toward the action. A full battle is at hand. Jamesu runs up to Erisu and say angrily, "How do you expect to rule this area when you will be killing it's citizens? You have no honor and are quite foolish.": Erisu says, "You're the fool. You either follow us or you will die. Stop being so simplistic." They attack each other with swords. Dark O Fu attacks Devin and Zanatogi. He yells to Devin and Zanatogi, "I see Keyoto has another girl fighter. She is fiery isn't she. She could have made an excellent female minion." Devin cries back, "Hell no, get out of my way old man or else you will see what a female demon is all about." Dark O Fu laughs and says, "There are very few females who can match me and you are not one of them. Submit of die." Zanatogi yells, "Beware of him Devin, he is quite deadly to say the least." Devin attacks with a quick sword swings but Dark O Fu knock the sword from her hands and forces her arms behind her and puts her into a head lock. He yells, "Zanatogi, you either call off this attack or else I'll behead this redheaded vixen right here, tis a shame."

Zanatogi backs away, saying nothing. Devin growls with anger as she squirms. She then makes a quick turn and looks right into Dark O Fu's eye and laughs evilly and says, "You were once holding a Demon ninja girl but now you are holding a animal that will devour you." Dark O Fu looks at her as she tries to bit his face and squirms with increased strength. He shoves her to the dam's ledge and forces her over, while being punched and kicked. Zanatogi attacks Dark O Fu and they both wrestle as Devin hold onto the ledge. A minion tries to force her finders loose but she resists and rages with fury, trying to crawl back over the top. Dark O Fu slashes Zanatogi chest and throws dirt into his eyes. A blast is them heard from below as one of the dynamite cells goes off. Dark O Fu yells to Zanatogi, "You made a major error by siding with Keyoto and his clan. You two are just failures propping each other up." Zanatogi snarls, "I swear that this is going to be the day that the world is rid of you and your twisted clan." Devin manager to crawl back onto the dam's ledge and quickly come to Zanatogi's back. Dark O Fu says, "That girl will be mine after you are dead. Bring it on you two." As Dark O Fu finishes that sentence, a group of Demon ninjas attack him and Zanatogi and Devin head to the dynamite detonation area.

Jamesu and Erisu look briefly as the first blast occurs. Both are now fighting hand to hand. Erisu punches Jamesu with a series of upper cuts and right crosses. Jamesu kicks Erisu's chest and delivers a series of jabs to Erisu's midsection. Erisu managers to put Jamesu into a paralyzing arm hold that nearly brakes Jamesu's arm. Erisu twist and turns Jamesu's arm as he groans from the pain before braking free. They both stand back and Erisu says, "Your skills are good, very good, it's a pity you will die here." Jamesu replies, "Ha, I'm just getting warmed up. let's see what you got." They attack each other again with more powerful blows. As they continue to fight, more of Dark O Fu's minions, plus a large group of nearby villagers come running onto the dam. Demon Estrada yells to Erisu, "We have to blast the dam now Erisu. We will be overrun soon." Erisu steps back from Jamesu for a second and looks around at the Demon and Fire ninjas. The forces of Dark O Fu and the locals are overtaking the dam and Erisu yells to Zanatogi and Estrada, "Retreat and blow the dam up now. We have to blast this thing no matter what." As he says that Jamesu kicks Erisu in the face and gives him several mighty blows to his head. Erisu turns and snarls angrily, "You ass, I'll take pleasure in seeing you go down with this dam." He leaps to his feet and viciously punches and chops Jamesu.

As Erisu and Jamesu fight, Estrada, Zanatogi, and Devin reach the east side of the dam and order the detonation to begin. A flurry of arrows are shot toward the Demons/Fire ninjas as they retreat. Dark O Fu falls back as he knows the dam is about to be blasted. He yells to his archers to fire on the Demons on the east side of the dam at once. As they start this the blast begin. Seven out of eleven dynamite bombs are exploded. The dam begins to collapse. Erisu continues to kick and pound on Jamesu, unaware of the collapsing dam. Jamesu becomes very angry as he know the dam is being destroyed and becomes electrified with fury and returns kicks and punches to Erisu. He kicks Erisu in the face again and say, "You've had it. You decided to wipe out my villages, now you will die doing so." He then gives Erisu a two handed power punch to Erisu's chest and Erisu rolls over the dams ledge. Erisu tries to get a grip on the dam as he falls but misses and falls as the dam collapses. Jamesu runs with speed to the west end of the dam as he sees the water overtake the valley underneath. The dam's west side remains partially up due to the limited number of dynamite blast that occurred.

Jamesu looks around and says to Dark O Fu, "We couldn't save the bridge. Those bastards beat us. I can't believe they'd do it." Dark O Fu says, "They were not totally successful Jamesu. I sent several of my minions to contact the local village mayors as we came here. They should have evacuated some of the villages. The Demons were only able to destroy part of the dam too. The flooding should not be as devastating as if could have been." Jamesu looks over at Dark O Fu and yells, "Many will still loose their lives because we were late and those killers blew this dam up." Dark O Fu replies, "Yes, but Demon Keyoto will ultimately loose because the surviving villagers will hate him forever now. He may still want to colonize this area but he has just begun a second war. He thought he has a war with the CM, now he has the Kogasuma to deal with. I have to say Keyoto really is foolish to do such a thing." Jamesu lifts his fist into the air and says, "Demon ninjas, Fire ninjas, I will be on the hunt for you now. You are not safe within the Kogasuma or even the Commando Massacre empires now. You will never have a home as long as I live."

Zanatogi, Estrada, and Devin look feverishly for Erisu as the quick current of water passes them on the east of the dam, near the waterline. Devin says, "We did succeed in destroying this dam but we took heavy losses and there is no sight of Erisu." Estrada say, "Keyoto will be happy but we have to find Erisu or else Hiroto will be devastated." A Fire ninja yells, "Look, it's Erisu, he's there in the current." Zanatogi spots him and jumps in and swims toward him. A few Demon ninjas follow and they pull him back to shore. Erisu's uniform is torn and he is bloody. Zanatogi says, "Erisu, can you hear us. Wake up." Erisu opens an eye and says, "We did it. We succeeded." Estrada says, "Lets get out of here now, more Kogasuma agents are sure to be here soon." They make their way to a trail and hoist Erisu onto a horse and take off. Zanatogi says to Erisu as they rush back on horseback, "Keyoto got what he wanted. Now I hope he's ready to back up his plan for this area."
