Emotional characteristics: Melinda is generally very shy, introverted, and quiet toward many but her close friends find her warm and very intelligent. She is known to study in detail others around her and her opponents. Melinda is also noted for the piercing eye contact.                                                                                      

Special Training: Melinda Fox is a master in Ninjutsu, Judo, Aikido, Wu Shu, Kendo, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Karate, and Iaido. Her weapon specialties are Three Sectional Staff, Ninja Sword, Tonfa, Kama, and various daggers. Melinda was specially trained in "human dismantling", the ability to rip, twist and tear her opponents in hand-to-hand combat. Her talon-like hands are her weapons of choice but is comfortable with her daggers and ninja sword. She also is an expert gymnast and many of her skills are unknown.

Interest: Melinda interest include falconry, art, and studying CM history.

Close friends: Melinda is fiercely loyal and protective of her sisters Valerie and J.C.

Summary: Melinda Fox is the eldest of the Fox sisters. Losing both of her parents at a young age, Melinda watched over her younger sisters as they grew up within her aunt's care. When she was fourteen the CM Lord offered Melinda and her sisters a secret training program through the nations ancient martial arts temples. This was offered because her mother and grandmother helped the CM nation in many serious situations over the years. Melinda was taught nine martial arts with a specialty being the tearing and breaking of her opponents with her bare hands. She is generally sheepish about using these special skills and is known to back away from fights, many times even when she can easily win. When demonstrating this skill to the Lord once, she was ordered to kill as many soldiers as she could within sixty seconds, she killed twenty-eight within that time. This occurrence is known by many but she rarely talk about it.  She serves the empire as a special missions commander and also as an advisor to the leadership. Her intelligence and deadly skills are greatly appreciated and sought by the leadership.
