Way of dress: Elegant Dancer garb with ornate headdress. Her skin is dyed pale blue with darker patterns crossing her entire body. Her bright red hair is generally twisted amongst her headdress, freed only during her performances.

Emotional characteristics: Kiya’s personality alters to be exactly what her current target desires and she spends most of her life playing this role. She is only herself amongst her children and at all other times a great sadness can be observed in her.

Special Training: Kiya’s training as an actress and dancer are great assets in her task as Spymistress. She is an expert at gaining intelligence, counterespionage and seduction. She has no combat skills but many people are willing to kill or be killed for her.

Family: Kiya’s father was Sendakai one of Chin Mao Bei’s original students but her mother is unknown to her. During the course of many missions she has become mother to four children from three separate fathers. Although these children were not born from love she does love them dearly and they make up the rest of her agents. The children age from between 18 and 9.

Method of speech: Kiya is a great mimic and her speech varies depending on who she speaks with. Her normal voice however is much like that of a nightingale singing.

Summary: Kiya has a great love for what she does and for the CES, although nothing comes close to the love she holds for her children. Everyone knows that she is a spy and a dangerous woman but her skills in dance are so exquisite that it is a great honour for her to perform for you and many are willing to take the risks just to have her perform.
