Unique physicality: slender body with developed muscles, skin tans easily, very pail blue eyes. If angry her face become very red and her muscles bulge.

Way of dress: worn black uniform (mask, mid drift top, and pants)

Emotional characteristics:  Jill is very likeable, lighthearted and affectionate toward her friends. She also has a tendency to be flirtatious at times toward her male friends. If angered, Jill is know to go into a extremely violent and brutal rage.                                                                                                          

Special Training: Jill is a master in Ninjustsu, Karate, Kendo, Aikido, and Bojutsu. She also is a black belt in Jujutsu. Her weapon specialties are the Ninja Sword, shurikens, throwing knives, bo staff, and nunchuckus. When Jill entered the CM her skills were poor and the Lord ordered her to retrain. She left for two years and returned a master in her own right, on the same level as her male counterpart.

Family: Orphaned at age four, adopted by Jukioto Matsmoti (deceased)

Method of speech: (when calm) babbling, cooing, high pitched voice. (Angry) cursing, roaring. Speaks English and can read some Japanese. She also is known to speak in the "third person", referring to herself as Jill or Jill Jill.

Residence: CM Team Base

Close friends: Jill has had a long and trusting friendship with Tang Fu Lii and Robin Kang. She also has had a good friendship with the Fox sisters.

Summary: Jill Matsmoti is the CM's top female ninja (kunoichi). Adopted at a young age by a Karate master Jill became a knowledgeable martial arts fighter. When entering the CM elite forces, the Lord was disappointed with her skills and ordered her to train with the Black Ninja clan. After a grueling two year training the Black Ninja clan made her their "Queen", leader. Upon her return, the Lord was very impressed with her development and she joined the top ranks of the CM elite forces. She commands many stealth missions for the team and is an expert assassin.
