Summary: Admiral Grasco oversees the Garwara/CM navy. He is commander of the many warships and the empire's naval activities. He's been in the navy since the age of seventeen and was noted for his boxing abilities. He very eager to please the Lord and Gen. Adams. He and Adams sometimes bicker over strategy or details of missions which in many times is their enemies benefit. Grasco considers himself a lady's man and makes advances on many of the village women and female agents.
