Summary: Dr. Dennis Chin Pao was born in the Agasuma countryside and studied medicine as a young man. His compassion for his fellow citizens became well know. He created several clinics for the poor and ill throughout the territory. Many chieftains began to recognize the works of Chin Pao and over time he would be given a place at their power structure. During his thirty year career in medicine he preformed or co-preformed several high risk surgeries on many people from the poorest street beggars to the wealthiest land owners and royals from far away. When war and eventual succession occurred for the Agauama from the Kogasuma Administrated Territory, Chin Pao and his fellow chieftains feared the worst for their nation. Over time an emperor of questionable motives would rise and bring a hoard of tired and weary people, overrunning the small nation. This emperor didn't plan well for this crisis and soon lost control of the situation when many of the people had no shelter or food during the dead of winter. Chin Pao and his fellow chieftain made efforts to gain food supplies from willing foreign sources, but the emperor demanded this practice to be halted. After weeks of troubles the chieftains decided to create a federation and ignore the emperor since by this time he had lost most of his support, even from his own men. The emperor made demands to execute the chieftains and many of his own people which in turn led to the downfall, trial, and execution of the emperor. Chin Pao was chosen as the new supreme chieftain of this new nation with all nine districts agreeing on his placement. Chin Pao was humbled by this honor and did his best to build his nations defenses and to provide the basic needs to his people. Over the next several months Chin Pao would sign a peace and trade pact with CM Lord Zando. The Kogasuma, who once oversaw the Agasuma, began a low level war on the Agasuma-Kogasuma border to which Chin Pao as created a larger defense force. He has asked one of his longtime friend, Master Virote to train many of his elite guards.
