Special Training: Little is known of Chin Mao Bei's early training. He is said to be a master in Wu Shu, Snake Fist Kung Fu, and has developed a fighting system he call Crimson Strike. Chin Mao Bei is a expert with throwing knives, various swords and the bo staff.

Family: His father Chin Zhou Fung (1905-1946) was a noted regional leader during the Great Garwara-Kogasuma war. His mother was a peasant girl whom died when he was six. His older brother Chin Sheng was co-founder of the Crimson Eye Syndicate, but was killed soon after it was organized. He also has a younger sister. It has been rumored that he was married once in his youth, but no evidence has ever surfaced. Rumors of him fathering several children have also been reported.

Method of speech: Chin Mao Bei is fluent in three languages.

Summary: Chin Mao Bei was born to a leading figure of the Great Garwara-Kogasuma War, Chin Zhou Fung. Chin Zhou Fung was executed by a local governor in 1946 as an enemy of the state. This experience prompted a young Chin Mao Bei and his older brother Chin Sheng to form the Crimson Eye Syndicate. This clan would serve any master for the right price and for whom they believed were trustworthy. Chin Sheng was killed in a dual with the leader of a rival clan three years after the CES was established. Chin Mao Bei would search for over ten years to find and finally defeat this killer. Over the next fifty years he would train over seventy students in his fighting system, members of his Crimson Eye Syndicate. Loyalty to the clan is strictly enforces and he has had to kill over seven of his students to whom he believed were disloyal or were not behaving to his liking. Chin Mao Bei's reputation is known far and wide.

In 2007, Union Republic President Yatoshi formed an alliance with Chin Mao Bei and his syndicate to oversee the protection of the Union Republic and to enact revenge onto enemies of Yatoshi. Yatoshi's Blood Ninja Clan was a close ally to the CES for over forty years.

Even as Chin Mao Bei is in his seventies, he is an able fighter and can match many fighters well over half his age.
