Way of dress: Multi blue and grey uniform  with the Commando Massacre Blue Archer Division insignia. Blue and grey mask.

Special Training: Blue Archer troops are trained in Kyujutsu, Jujutsu, Karate, and Gungdo. There weapons training includes the bow, the ninja sword, the tanto, the bokken, and shurikens. Their training usually takes a year and only the best are selected as Blue Archers.

Summary: The Blue Archer troops are a specialty division of the Commando Massacre army. Their main specialties is to provide back-up for the CM army on large scale missions. They also are used as assassins when needed. They are under the control and supervision of Valerie Fox, "The Blue Arrow".
